Intermountain Distributing is an expansive 93,000 SF facility positioned on over 6 acres with interstate exposure. The interior space consists of office and administration space, a warehouse area and special temperature controlled areas for wine and beer storage. For optimal efficiency, all local delivery trucks are loaded in the interior runway area, with 12 exterior loading docks also available. Insulated tilt-up concrete panels were utilized for the warehouse areas. A structural steel frame and classic brick veneer cladding was designated for the office and administration building, all supported by over 245 driven steel piling to bedrock.

The facility offers an on-site training and conference center. All areas have natural daylight with large skylights throughout. Motion detection lighting was leveraged to preserve energy in all areas of the building, combined with LED lighting, a LON computer temperature controlled system and special fire pumps for a state-of-the-art fire suppression system. For interior aesthetic appeal no detail was overlooked, from the warm paint colors to the unique finishes in the board room.
