Briggs Distributing Company, Inc. worked with Jones Construction to build the large warehouse and office space that includes a 6,000 SF controlled cooler with energy efficient Rytec doors. The warehouse was constructed with 4" thick insulated sandwich tilt-up concrete panels 30' tall. The polished warehouse floors have an Intraseal densifier/hardener which reacts with the concrete. The floors get harder and more polished with increased traffic.

The office areas include all natural maple doors, relites, casing, base and trim. The artisanship continues in the reception area with a large open glass wine cellar to showcase special vintage wines.

The exterior walls of the office section are clad with site-cast concrete panels, used as a 3' wainscot around the perimeter. A red brick veneer ties the architecture together. Custom masonry insets cast with grape and wheat themes add the finishing touches.
